Accounts

Access requires a verified email address. One address per account; sign-in links are single-use, expire after 15 minutes, and must be confirmed deliberately. You are responsible for activity under your sessions; sign out on shared devices.

Subscriptions

The subscription costs $300 per month, billed monthly through Stripe-hosted checkout. Payment updates, invoices, and cancellation are self-serve through the customer portal linked from your account page. Canceling stops renewal at the end of the paid period; access continues through the period already paid for. Refunds and billing disputes are handled through the portal and Stripe's standard processes.

Acceptable use

Subscribers may search, read, and export records for their own contracting work. Automated bulk scraping, credential sharing, reselling access, and attempts to reach unpublished extraction artifacts or other accounts' data are prohibited and may result in suspension.

Data and availability

Records carry per-row review status: verified rows are confirmed against archived sources; unreviewed rows are leads, not confirmed bids. Original government publications remain available from their publishers. The service is provided as-is; previously downloaded copies can't be revoked by cancellation.
